People do not decide their future, but they decide which habits they should adopt and these habits decide their future. F. M. Alexander
The question of concentration focus helps to identify your only thing in any situation. This will make it clear what you want in the larger and most important areas of your life, and then you decide what you should do to achieve your goals. It's a really simple process: you ask a great question, then you find a great answer. Simple as two steps, it's an ultimate habit of success.
1. Ask great questions
The process of concentration meditation helps you to ask great questions. Great questions, like great goals, are big and specific. They inspire you, motivate you and lead you to specific answers. And since they are structured in such a way that they can be realized, there will be no ambiguity about the results.
Four Options in Formulating the Great Question
See the example of the 'Great Question' to realize the power of the concentration attention process.
As each quarter of the experience, we take into account the rising sales and "what I can do to double sales in six months" as a benchmark in the context of a larger and specific scenario (picture below).
Four Options in Formulating the Great Question
Now let us examine the disadvantages and benefits of the question in each quarter and find out what our destination will be.
The fourth quarter. Small and specific: "What can I do to increase my sales by 6% this year? This question takes you in a certain direction, but there is no real difficulty hidden in this question. For most people in the sales sector, a 5% increase in sales is very easily possible because the market conditions were more favorable to you than anything else. But this increase may be a minor success, but it may not be a trigger to change your life. Ordinary goals do not require extraordinary efforts, so these efforts do not result in extraordinary results.
The third quarter. Small and wide: "What can I do to increase my sales? It's not a question of reality, it's just a question of thinking. This question is good because you decide your alternatives, but you will need to reduce your alternatives as much as possible and stay on the minimum options, how much will the sales increase? By what date will sales increase? Unfortunately, this is an average type of question that most people ask and then wonder why their answers do not result in extraordinary results.
The second quarter. Big and wide: "What can I do to double my sales? It's a big question for you at the moment, but it doesn't have any features. It's a good start but the lack of customization leaves more questions than answers. The process of doubling sales in the coming year is much more difficult than trying to achieve the same target in a single year or less. There are still a lot of alternatives and without customization, you won't know where to start.
The first quarter. Big and specific: "What can I do to double my sales in six months? Now you have all the elements of the great question. It's a big target and it's also customizable. You're doubling your sales and it's not easy. You also have the required time of six months, which is a challenge for you. You'll need a big answer. You need to expand what you think is possible and look at all the standard methods for the solution.
See the difference? When you ask a great question, you're actually looking for a great goal. And whenever you are involved in this work, you get a plan... Will look large and specific. A big particular question will result in a large specific answer that is necessary to achieve a larger goal.
So what can I do to double my sales in six months? If there is a question, then can you make it much more powerful? O concentration, turn it into a question of attention, what is the only thing that I do in such a way that in one or six months my sales double and everything becomes the easiest and unnecessary? Turning it into a question of concentration focus leads to success in you when you focus on identifying what is most important to you and where to start. Why?
Because that's where a great success begins.
2. Find a great answer
The challenge of asking a great question is that when you ask that question, you find it difficult to find a great answer.
The answers come in the form of three types, possible, diffuse, likely. The easiest you can find is already within reach of your knowledge, skills, and experiences. In the presence of this type of solution, you probably already knew how to perform it and didn't require much change to achieve it. Look at it as a possible task and achieving its successful status will be extremely possible.
The next step is based on a spread response. While it's still within your reach, it may be on the far side of your reach. You may have to do some more research and evaluation so that you know what activities others have done to achieve success. This process may be of some questionable nature because you have to get to the limits of your existing capabilities. Consider this as an achievable and possible thing that depends on your efforts.
People with great success are aware of both paths at first but reject them. They do not focus on minor success when great success is possible for them and they have asked a great question and want the best answers.
Great results require a great answer.
The habit of success opens up possibilities
Highly successful people like to stay on the outer limits of their success. They not only dream but also carve out of their own success in a deep way. They know that this type of answer is very difficult, but they also know that through the process of expanding their abilities to find this answer, they will improve their lives to improve their lives.
If you want more than your answer, you need to realize that this answer exists far beyond your satisfying lives. The situation rarely arises. A big answer never comes out in a simple way or in the path that you have paved for yourself. The possibility of an answer, beyond the knowledge you already have and is being performed. With another drawn and long goal, you can begin your journey to success by studying and researching the lives of other highly successful people. But you can't stop there. In fact, your search has just begun. Whenever you learn anything, you will do it to do what only the most successful people have done.
A great answer, essentially a new answer. This is a leap towards all existing answers in search of the next question and this answer is found in two stages. The first, that's what's achieved when you're in the process of stretching. You uncover the best research and study the highest achievements. Any time you don't know the answer, your answer is to find your answer. In other words, by itself, your only thing is looking for these symbols, clues, and ideal characters so that they can point you in the right direction. The first thing to do is ask, "Has anyone ever studied it or completed it or accomplished something like this?" The answer is almost always yes, so your research comes from exploring what others have learned.
One of the reasons I have collected so many books in my library over the years is that books are a source of great information. The lack and lack of communication with a person who has achieved everything you hope for, I think, fulfills the books and publications that provide you with the ideal support for information and success in terms of documentary research. Knowingly and unknowingly, you are looking for people who are already on the path to success, so you can research them so that you can increase your experience. A college professor once told me, "Jerry, of course you're smart, but people have passed before you." You are not the first to dream big, so wisdom requires that you first observe and study other successful people and then start your behavior based on the lessons learned from them. He was right. And they're talking to you too.
Research and experience of others, is a good and excellent place where you can start when you are looking for your answer. Equipped with this knowledge, you can set a standard, you can set all kinds of known and performed existing standards. With the pull-based theory, this was the maximum standard for you, but now it's the maximum standard for you. You don't have to do all this, but it becomes the starting point for you to indicate what your next destination will be. This is called trending and this is the second stage. Now you're looking for another thing that you can do in the same direction that the best performance comes out of you and, when necessary, you can move in an entirely new direction.
Benchmark is today's success and trend tomorrow's
In the same way, big problems are solved and big problems are overcome because the best answers are not created through a simple process. Whether it's figuring out how to jump into the competition, finding a way to go a long way, or achieving a personal goal, trending can be the best way you want. Since your answers will be real, you'll probably have to somehow improve yourself so that it can be implemented. A new answer usually requires a new attitude, so don't be surprised when you change during a valuable success process, but don't stop during that time.
This is a stage where chaos takes place and unlimited possibilities emerge. Just as it can be difficult, it can also be the beginning of the path of possibilities for which when we maximize our potential, we increase our lives to the maximum. Key Concepts
1. Adopt big and specific thinking The desire to set and achieve any goal is like asking a question. It's a simple process from how I want to do it. The best question... Or the best target... Large and specific because you are looking for extraordinary specific goals so that you can achieve a goal and there is no ambiguity about whether you will be able to achieve your goal. A large and specific question, especially in the case of the concentration focus question, provides no support for the best possible answer.
2. Think about the possibilities: A possible goal is determined almost as if you are forming your preferred task from your list of tasks. This type of goal is far more difficult and aims to take advantage of your existing capabilities, which you want to use to succeed. When you look at people and businesses that have gone through phases of change, that's what their lives are now.
3. Quality and tendency for the best answer No one has a crystal ball, but through practice you can become amazingly expert in the process to tell where you are headed. People and businesses that have already reached there usually enjoy much of the success while their competitors do not get much success in their hands. Through quality and trend, you can find an extraordinary answer that you need for extraordinary success.
